i: is for information. When we have the information, there are some positive outcomes that happen. We feel empowered, we make better decisions, and we ease our minds with information.

Conflict is inevitable, and even more so when tensions may be running high. When conflict arises, it's important to practice an empathetic approach to the other persons point of view. Everyone has something they are personally dealing with during this time that may be personally affecting them and their emotions. Offer people (and yourself) grace and understanding.
